Christmas is renowned for being a busy time of year and this was certainly the case at Catholic Care the week before Christmas as our Christmas Appeal 2018 swung into full action.
Cars had been arriving at the Charity’s head office the previous week jammed packed with food, toys and baby items for the Gianna project. Then on the Monday and Tuesday, Craig Beedle, who’s day job is Head of Finance, took to the road, ably assisted by his son, in a van and made collection after collection.
Hampers and toys were then delivered to children and families across the Diocese!
The response this year has been absolutely fantastic and will make such a positive difference to families in need across the Diocese.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all the schools and parishioners who have supported our Christmas appeal this year.
