Catholic Care have a new partnership with the DSP (Designated Specialist Provision) at Holy Family School in Keighley by way of a new pilot project, supporting those children in need, through a new outreach service.
The service provides one to one support for children to learn life and social skills.
On 10th April, as part of the Easter Holiday Club, the children travelled by train to `Matrix’ bowling alley in Skipton. Whilst there the children took part in two games of bowling, which were quite competitive at times! From there, everyone went on to Morrison’s café where the children chose their own lunches and finally back on the train for our return journey to meet their parents at the end of a very enjoyable day.
The students had a great time together and we are all looking forward to the next one!!
