Catholic Care was founded in 1863 and has evolved its services now caring for adults, children and families, and helping those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable and marginalised; people of all faiths or of no faith at all. The Charity also employs people of all faiths and none.

To enable it to increase its capacity and reach out to more people in need, the Charity is creating a Strategic Leadership Team and is now offering the new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join this new team. If you:

Job Profile

The Head of Operations post is responsible for leading and managing the critical functions of the organisation which deliver the Charity’s operational services to ensure that the Charity delivers the highest quality services to those it provides a service to at the heart of the Charity.
As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team the post-holder will proactively contribute to the strategic development of the Charity. In addition, he/she will play a full role in good corporate management and governance of the Charity. He/She will have responsibility over the following operational areas: Finance, Health & Safety, IT and Systems, Property and Project Management of new projects.
The Head of Operations will have a major role to play in sustaining the values and ethos of Catholic Care.
