Job Title:          Residential Child Care Worker

Salary:
Spinal Point 13 – 21 £16,491 – £20,138 (pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience)

Post:
Permanent Full and Part Time
16 day hours over the weekend are also available

Leeds

Job Profile

You will be required to work as part of the team to deliver a high standard of care which meets the individual needs of the young people both socially and emotionally. You will be required to foster positive relationships with the young people, some of whom may present challenging behaviour, and to safely meet their physical care and management needs.

Experience and Qualifications:
You must hold a QCF (NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Persons Workforce) or earlier equivalent (NVQ) or be willing to work towards it.

You will be required to have effective computer and IT skills.
