We are developing our Gianna Baby bank plus services to create a more holistic approach to the support for mothers and their children up to 4 years old, who may be more vulnerable through their complex emotional, social and health needs.  Included in the role will be the opportunity to train as a doula where you can provide non-judgemental, consistent, personalised, and tailored interventions to pregnant women and their families in their birthing and postnatal experience

Gianna will offer a range of early childhood services for parents, prospective parents and young children to support in areas including attachment, nutrition and weaning, stay and play groups, parenting challenges, mental well-being and healthy relationships to support families grow in confidence and resilience together.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have successful experience of working with families and children and a commitment to working enthusiastically to promote improved outcomes for women and their children.

Salary: SP 4-7        £19,842 – £21,057                     

Post: 30 hours per week Fixed Term3 year contract    

Location: Based in Bradford
