Support Worker and Outreach
Supporting others has never been more important. Have you considered a career in adult social care? Working to make a real difference. Do you have a caring nature? Do you like helping people? Then you could be part of a dedicated team caring and supporting adults with a learning disability in supported living.
Our main priority is to find people with the right values and behaviours who can help us to ensure our work place values are at the heart of everything we do. These will be dedicated people, who believe that it is the fundamental right of everyone to be treated in a way that promotes choice and respects their dignity and privacy.
It is not always necessary to have experience. From day one Catholic Care will support you with your learning and development. If this appeals to you then working in our services might just be for you. If you celebrate diversity, value inclusivity, compassion and empathy, we would welcome an application from you.
