The 1st of February is Time To Talk Day, the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen, and change lives.

HR Manager Katrina Greenhalf writes: ‘We made great use of our half-hour discussing mental health, learning more about each other through a series of questions, and playing some fun team-building games including Mini-Jenga and Snap. Jo-Anne was the overall winner, but all staff enjoyed the event.’[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_column width=”7/12″][/vc_column]
