On 19th January 2024, Catholic Care employee Kate Hughes did a tandem skydive to raise money and awareness for our charity’s Mental Health Services.

Kate helps lead teams at two of our Supported Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities in West Yorkshire.

There were blue skies over Hibaldstow Airfield in North Lincolnshire as Kate jumped from 15,000 feet.

Kate says, “I’m seeking to raise money for our charity’s Mental Health Services. Mental Health plays an important part in my life, and I’d like to give back in any way that I can.”

You can sponsor Kate’s brilliant effort by visiting her JustGiving page.

You can also see a video of her experience on Catholic Care’s YouTube channel.
